Kimberly K. Ridge has a wealth of experience in personal injury and medical malpractice. In fact, she began her career as a labor and delivery nurse at a Massachusetts hospital, where she worked for nearly a decade caring for patients in all phases of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and post-partum.
Her career in and around medicine didn’t end there. Kim obtained her law degree from New England Law School and went on to work at a medical malpractice firm in Boston. During this time, she specialized in malpractice claims involving injured mothers and babies.

Kim then worked as a risk manager for a medical center in Boston. She has developed considerable knowledge of the inner workings of hospitals and medical centers—as a staff member, lawyer, and administrator. She has even helped government agencies (DPH, CMS) investigate adverse events at hospitals. She also has experience investigating and reporting adverse events to the Department of Public Health and the Board of Registration in Medicine.
Kim now uses her unmatched experience in medical malpractice to help patients that have been injured by medical errors. She is a relentless advocate and pursues every cent to which her clients are entitled. Kim’s success has not gone unnoticed—she was recognized as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for the years 2021 and 2022.
Law and justice are not always the same. When they aren't, destroying the law may be the first step toward changing it.
